We hope everyone is enjoying the New Year so far!

As many of you know, there has been a delay in the setup of our 2021 BASIC accounts due to an enrollment error on BASIC’s end.  This affects both the FSA and the HSA accounts.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, unfortunately it was out of our control. 

We have been diligently continuing to monitor this.  At last report, yesterday, we were informed that the funds should be available this Wednesday 1/20/21.  Please note:  Even though the funds won’t be available on your card until 1/20/21, you will still be able to file for reimbursement for claims paid out of pocket starting 1/1/21.
