Happy New Year Dowding Team Members!

We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday!  

We would like to remind everyone that even though the CARES Act Covid-19 Pay officially ended 12/31/20, we will still need to follow CDC guidelines and company policy and not come to work if you’re sick (experiencing any COVID symptoms) or are required to quarantine/isolate due to COVID diagnosis/exposure.  

To reiterate what we said before Christmas…..You have all done a spectacular job throughout this most difficult time!  We appreciate everyone’s efforts and we need to continue to encourage each other to push beyond where we think we can perform; to make an impact and leave a legacy.

We look forward to this coming year being a great year of rebound for our entire company!
