2020 Flu Shot Clinic Info

Flu shot time is rapidly approaching, and this year’s clinic is going to be a little different. First of all, the clinic will be held at P3 in the upstairs training room to allow for social distancing. Next, online registration is highly recommended. I have provided the website, clinic ID and password below; please note that you will need your insurance card to complete registration. *If you choose this option, you do NOT need to bring your card with you to the clinic. Also FYI – I just registered and it took less than two minutes; it is a very simple process. If you choose not to register prior to the clinic; you will need to complete a paper registration form, and will need to bring your insurance card with you. They will not administer the vaccine without it.
