DII Hourly Review Launch
In the March SPQRCE communication, it was shared that DII Hourly Reviews will be launching this month through Paycor.
Employees with anniversary dates between April and December will receive an email notification 15 days prior to your anniversary date prompting them to complete your portion of the annual review. If your anniversary date falls in March and has yet to receive a review, your supervisor will notify, and we can manually launch the review.
In Paycor please make sure the email address listed in your profile is one that you check regularly.
Additionally, please ensure that push notifications are enabled in the Paycor app so you can receive review-related alerts in a timely manner.
Once the review is assigned to you, please follow the steps below to access and complete your review in Paycor through the App.
Steps to Complete Your Performance Review in Paycor App
Open the Paycor app.
Scroll down and select Talent Development.
Click the arrow to access the Talent Development screen.
Select Reviews.
The Review Overview screen will appear.
Click on Employee Reflection.
This section will guide you through the review of questions.
The review includes 12 multiple-choice questions and 3 written response questions.
Please ensure that all questions are completed before submitting.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit your portion, your supervisor will receive an email notification to complete their section.
After your supervisor completes their portion, the review will be forwarded to their manager for approval.
Once approval is granted, your supervisor will receive an email notification and will schedule a 1:1 meeting with you to review the evaluation.
