Important 60th Open House Info
Good morning! Tomorrow is the big day! Thank you to everyone for working so hard to maintain your normal work tasks while putting in the extra effort to make this monumental celebration amazing! It’s going to be a memorable experience you won’t want to miss!
Here are some important things to note:
- The program will begin promptly at 3 pm Outside of the Main Event Tent as we have a special Scream N’ Rebels Flyover performance at 3:05 pm
- Remember to check in at one of the two Registration tables noted on the map so we can ensure you receive your extra hour of pay!
- All employees please wear your new Dowding 60th T-shirt which will be distributed Wednesday
- We have special guests MSU Coach Tom Izzo who will be speaking and of course Sparty will be available for pictures after the program!
- At 2:45 pm all production will stop – at this time, business appropriate summer attire will be allowed (ie shorts, sandals)
- Parking for Plant 3: All Plant 3 employees must park in the designated area on the site map just South of the Plant. There will be NO Parking in the P3 Parking Lot at any time during the day.
- Parking for Plants 1 & 2: You may park as normal until Noon. At Noon all employees must park in the Family Fare parking lot closest to Plant 2. There will be golf cart shuttles to transport you back to your plants if you prefer that instead of walking.
- Marilin Avenue will be closed to through traffic – We have Traffic Control attendants who will be directing people
