Dowding Team Members,

We concluded our annual ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance 2 audit last Friday and I am proud to say that we passed with flying colors!  For this audit P1, P2, and P3 were audited and the whole Dowding team did a fantastic job!  After two full days of audits being performed at every plant and all shifts, we had ZERO findings!  This is a great accomplishment and a testament to all of you.

We were given numerous Opportunities for Improvement so we will be working diligently on these throughout the coming weeks.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation! 

I personally want to thank all of the Dowding team members that were interviewed during the audit process. Below is a special shout out to those interviewed.  Everyone did an awesome job! I also want to give a special thanks to Kim Pritchard for all her hard work preparing for the audit.   Great Job!
